Lighthouse Christian School is committed to a Christian philosophy of education. Every facet of the educational program is conditioned and directed by a Christ-centered, Biblical perspective. 

LCS has established an exceptional reputation for academic excellence and faith integration in a private school setting. We believe it is important to set challenging goals while nurturing and supporting students to great achievements. 

Centered on a proven core academic curriculum of science, history, math, English, and Bible, the Lighthouse education also includes technology, music, art, foreign language, drama, and athletics. Experienced, state-certified teachers and small class sizes combine to make Lighthouse an excellent place for students to grow.

Our teachers are mindful of the different learning styles and abilities of each student and utilize their knowledge of child development and excellent instructional methods to ensure successful learning takes place in the classroom. Through devoted instruction to character and spiritual development, students are challenged to develop Godly leadership qualities, compassionate hearts, inquisitive minds, and a deep knowledge of scripture and daily application.

While Lighthouse focuses on challenging academics, enhancing the creativity of our students is an important part of the learning process. Our program offers dedicated field trips at each grade level, as well as unity-building retreats for students in grades 5-8.
